The photos are of our money at work. These show trail repair between Youth
Camp Rd. and Auburn Ashford , and between Hwy G and Youth Camp Rd. In both case perpetually wet areas have been fixed.
The process is to remove the topsoil, place landscape filter cloth and then place fill on the filter cloth. The cloth
keeps the fill from continually disappearing into the mud and provides a solid trail bed. The work was funded
partially with grant money from the Wisconsin State Horse Council and with matching funds from NKMHTA.
